Imperial Treasury (Schatzkammer) is located in Hofburg Palace; the entrance is at the Swiss Courtyard. This museum displays a fascinating number of valuable artifacts. The Secular Treasury features an impressive collection of medieval royal objects. The Ecclesiastical Treasury has religious relics.

Imperial Treasury (Schatzkammer) showcases heirlooms including a throne cot from Napoleon’s second wife, the Imperial Crown and Holy Lance, jewels and more. There are religious antiques including an agate bowl thought to be the Holy Grail, and a huge narwhal tooth supposed to be the horn of a unicorn. A piece of wood with blood on it is said to be from the cross of Jesus’ crucifixion.
