Description

Sigmund Freud had a lasting impact on psychology and society after his arrival in Vienna in 1891. The museum dedicated to him, located in the city, was closed temporarily, but is expected to open again in mid-2020. Freud spent the majority of his life in Vienna, where he developed some of his most important theories. Unfortunately, he had to leave the city when the Nazis forced him into exile in 1938. This event marked the beginning of a new era, one without Freud and his groundbreaking theories.
